At the beginning of the sign-up, it mentions $4.95/mo
At the end AFTER you've paid, it tells you $1 for the first month and then $12.95/mo thereafter.
Cancelling...
I was charged $4.95. I logged into online banking and checked ![]()

Does anyone know how to refresh the reports from Citi if that's possible?

I think it only refreshes once a month. I just started using the service and I think their credit monitoring service sucks. I recently applied for Discover and it didn't even alert me of a new HP yet.
[edit]
I actually got the alert about an hour I posted this and Discover pulled EQ lol

Is this true? I would like to sign up, but i was looking and it doesn't mention the 12.95 after the 1st month.

Pay with credit card. If they charge you above the promised rate, dispute the charge. Done.
