Credit Score Range

I recently purchased a car and the dealer came back with different Credit Score ranges than FICO normal (300-850):
 
Equifax: 250-950
Experian: 250-950
TransUnion: 350-950
 
My scores came back fine, but what is up with these new levels and are they legitimate?

These could be auto-enhanced scores created specifically for the auto industry. They are legit.
