They sent me an email to reset my password but all that does is open a page that has an encrypted password with a button saying reset password. When I click on it I'm taken to the registration page with everything filled in but my SS. Adding my ss# opened another page telling me that my email does not match somethin or other.
Can't log in with old password and can't change PW.
I would contact them for technical help.
I'd like to but can't find a phone number and the customer support e-mail only gives a canned response. Really no help at all.
Are you sure that the email was actually from Credit Sesame? Asking AGAIN for your SS# sounds rather suspicious. It could have been a phishing email.
Hello,
The password reset link in your email should direct you to a page where you are asked your security question. After answering the question, you should be asked to enter a new password.
Please try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
You can email us directly at help@creditsesame.com
Thanks.
