Credit card limits on credit report

I finally got a credit alert, my first one ever. It was from April 5, one of the backlog. Anywho, it shows that 2 of my credit cards reported changes. The changes were that before, they reported the high balance, and now it shows as "not reported." And the description field shows "Consumer disputes--reinvestigation in progress." It shows that on my Chase card, and my Target Visa. Only thing is, I never disputed those! Why would they do that?

Contact the CRA  and tell them that you did not file a dispute!!!! and ask them whats going on.

Re: Credit card limits on credit report

I did send a dispute letter to the CRA saying my name was wrong (had a name listed as current that hasn't been mine for 7 years), and asking to list my employer, but that's it. I suppose I'll call EQ on Monday.
