Credit repair home loan

Ive been repairing my credit and looking to get a home loan. Do  mortgage rates change daily or every monday?

They change whenever they want too.

I expect prime mortage rates to dip back close to 5.5 (I am thinking pulling the trigger on this) then they will never, ever be at these rates ever again.

When Fed did their cut last week - I fully expected mortgage rates to go up- this just did not happen.

If you can qualify for conventional finacing- theey are fighting for your business.

does anyone know when BofA updates their rates?

It could go eitherway-

I expect them to stay beween 5.5 and 6 

If you can got conventional- there are lots of companies to fight over your business.

Rates can change hourly.
