Credit report copies

Hello everyone,

I just have a brief question, as I have been very careless with credit but realize
that is always there hunting me and I want to fix my credit ASAP.

My question is, can I get a free hard copy of my credit to take a look at it start working
on it with all this great information site you are offering?

And how should I go about it?

Thanks in advance

Re: Credit report copies

I would go to www.annualcreditreport.com.  You are allowed one free copy per year and, in most cases, you can access it online.

Good luck!

Re: Credit report copies

a hard copy is a copy on paper....it doesn't meant that it must come by mail from a CRA....you can use copy machine or if received online  just print it out.

Re: Credit report copies

If you need more help just ask away....anyone with an answer will post it......check all CRAs....you might find things on 1CRA and not another.....that is normal......If you dispute  dispute all 3 CRA  at same time.

You need to know what your SOL is before beginning (at least I think it is important)

Re: Credit report copies

I have another question, I noticed after looking at my credit report that some of my
issues are due in 2008.

My question is if I don't pay and wait until it expires what would happen?

What do you recommend?

A couple of them are credit cards.

Please advise

Thanks in advance

Do you mean that they will drop off in 2008?  who is reporting OC or CA?

What is your SOL?

If they are due to drop   they will be gone! off CR
