I normally use IE at work and Safari at home. The only way I was able to get it to come up was by using chrome. From the main login page where you see your account/card it was right below the buttons that say (accounts, open account/certificate, alerts, statements & documents, year end information). You may have to refresh a few times as I did but eventually it loaded.

Also they don't use Nextgen scores anymore they are utilizing fico9 and EQ scores
