Re: CreditKarma why change a good thing....

They dont seem to realize that a lot of people including myself built their morning routine around the daily updates at CK.

This will drastically change the way I use CK and I suspect a lot of others will feel the same way.

Re: CreditKarma why change a good thing....

CK still provides essential alerts, even if they occur between updates.

If CK is an essential part of your morning routine, a bit of self-examination might be in order.

Daily FAKO scores are an addiction.  Get some help.

Re: CreditKarma why change a good thing....

They pretty much switched everyone over to the new site but then had so many bugs that they switched everyone back to the old one. It wont last for long though I don't think. Everyone will be back on the new one again soon probably.

Re: CreditKarma why change a good thing....

This is the first change I have seen.  It looks like it is now a weekly pull, as it says:

Credit Rating: GoodUpdated Apr 10, 2013

Next update available on Apr 17, 2013

The Barclay HP was on there. Fortunately, my score stayed the same, so a 707 Fako.  It is a 702 on myFico, but that was a couple of months back so hoping it is higher.

Grrrr on the change!

WOW! EQ when I joined myFICO: 657. Ups and downs and a few bumps and bruises, but finally back over 700. Whew!

Re: CreditKarma why change a good thing....

I'm sure it wasn't free for them to pull your report every day.  They're just managing costs.  It's a free service.  I think it's still pretty good considering it's free.
