Creditor did not respond to PFD

Sent pay for delete in early December got no response at all. Should I send the CRA the CMMRR as proof and have them delete?

The creditor is not obligated to accept a PFD, yet alone respond. You can always send another. Have you tried a DV (if a CA) and/or disputed via the CRAs?

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Send one certified then follow up with a phone call. Mine were ignored and still are being ignored. It's been almost a year. I lost hope, but I keep sending them anyway.

ig.................creditors don't care if you send them mail CMMRR or regular mail. Most of the time they won't bother replying irregardless.

I would wait 60 days and send again, regular mail. Wait another 60 days and do it again....and again....and again.
