Creditors can't access my reports

Creditor tried to pull my report and said it's frozen but it is not frozen. What do I need to do I have contacted all three in yours no freeze on my credit reports

I've never frozen my reports, but creditors had trouble accessing them due to my name suffix.  I doubt this is the reason for your issue, but I say this just so you know that it can be something that you normally wouldn't even consider.
