Current status changed to 31-60 days late 6 months after paid off......

I paid off a car loan in February 2007.   I had two 30 days late in 2003 but none since.  In February 07 the current status field stated "Pays as agreed".  In August 07 (six months after I paid it off) the current status changed from "Pays as agreed" to "Pays 31-60 days".   Is this right??

Are anything more than the 2 lates from 2003 showing? I would dispute as inaccurate. Tell it is PIF and paid as agreed.
