While checking my DCU Account Manager I saw a Loan Suite tab that has not been there before. Upon clicking on it it shows all types of loans with rates and apply button. There is also a statement regarding pre-approvals and taking advantage of multiple apps could affect approvals. It has loan and CC areas to request an increase and an area to input how much. Is this just an updated area to make the site easier to navigate or does it come up after you have a payment history with DCU?
Does anyone have knowledge of this? Are you pre-approved for some of these areas if the tab is shown?
