I have a collection account on my credit report 9/2007 for a vet bill $76.00 Do I send a GW letter or a PFD letter??? The OC stated that they could not do anything since it was already turned over to a CA so which letter do I send to the CA??? I have been working so hard to get my score up and finally hit 600 and now with this it dropped my score 30 points.
