DOLA for Med Collection

If the DOLA for medical claims is the date of service and lets say I have a medical collection that's been out there for 4 years and i pay the medical claim today, does the DOLA still reflect the date of service or the date I paid the collection?

DOLA would change to the paid date BUT   it would still drop from CR   from DOFD (first DOLA) NOT the date paid
