Yes, I would DV both. Then, I would send an ITS letter, as they have just violated the FCRA. Keep track of all of the violations at $1,000 per.
Edit: BTW Glam, I had a CA do that to me. As soon as I DV'd them, viola, the account went away, but not before costing me 21 points. I only recovered 8 of them when the account went away.
