Date Item Drop Off Credit Report?

How do you find out the exact date that something/ an account is supossed to drop off of your credit report??

I heard that it takes...
Delinquencies- 7 years after initial missed payment
Collection- 7 years after initial delinquency that led to collection
Closed w/delinquencies- 7 years from the date reported closed
Inquiries- 2 years

My question is in regards to Closed w/delinquencies....What if your last reported delinquency was 2 years before the actual closing of the account??

Thankx in AdvanceSmiley Wink

Re: Date Item Drop Off Credit Report?

It is all about account status-

The lates themselves drop at 7 years.
If the account is marked "Current/ok" it will be a positive account until 10 years after paid

If the account is a CO, CA, Past due, when 7years after DOFD (EX and TU) and 7 years past DOLA (EQ) they will be deleted.

The to .5 years really only occurs when the lender does 120+ before they change the status-
