Deleting Paid Collections

Is there a way to delete old (but not old enough to fall off) collections that were paid to a CA?  Most of which were Medical accounts..."relatively" small ammounts $50 - 500.

Dispute it and see what happens, if they don't verify it has to come off.  Who knows maybe they wont' have the time verify.  Worth a shot.
