Deletion Question

I recently closed on my first house. Before doing that, I had to pay-off all old items on my CR. Unfortunately, I didn't know about getting the items deleted for payment. Everything old and past due on my report is paid off (two were paid in settlement), and I have my new house. Now I would like go about getting the old, paid-off stuff off my credit report. Is it still possible? Can I improve my score or is it too late?

Okay - it mean Good Will letters. Do those work? What should the letter say?

For a lot of people they do but it may take more than one and it may take months, so be patient.  In the search box, look up example GW letters and you will find some to go off of.  Good luck.
