Delivery methods for GW letters and Credit Agency Disputes..

I sent 2 disputes last week for TU and EQ last week using 2-3 day Express Delivery. I checked to see if they arrived using the tracking number provided and the results show that TU received the letter but EQ has arrived but waiting for Pick up. I am concerned that EQ will not respond or pick up the letter. Should I wait and see what happens?

Also, how do you guys send a GW letter? Can I use 2-3 Day Express with confirmation?
