OC says that they filed the judgment before my attorney filed the bk pprwrk. I don't believe him. The OC had months of notice to file that judgment if they were actively pursuing me, but all of a sudden he files in the same month and year that I file bk7. Says that they can't collect on it and there is nothing that they can do to get it off. It only appears on TU, EX and EQ deleted it when I disputed it and TU did not. Sent them paperwork and everything and I got a letter saying that they couldn't use my proof.
It will drop off next year, but I could use it off now.
