Hello- following all your advice- before i sent a letter, I said what the hay, I will call to ask an underwriter to raise my CLI through someone in credit underwriting.
They had denied me two weeks ago because of two many inquiries- but we have been mortgage rate shopping and they should really count as one right?
Anyway, spoke to a reg cust service guy and had him transfer me to credit underwriters, at first he was short w/ me- and when I told him the mult inqs were for mortgage refi- and that i have made every single payment on time for the last year- he put me on hold and then said he manually increase my CLI from 500 to 1000!!!!!
Yeah me! Would have never know to recon before this board!!!!
