Did this count in my util?

I have a credit card that had a (Paid off in 2007) balance,   I just put about $69 on it.  IT has a $1500 credit limit.  Did this count on my util before I used it.  I am hoping that this helps my overall util? It is on my last credit report as a 0 balance.  If it did not before it will cut my util in half.

It all depends on when your CC reports to the CRA's. And they usually report what your balance was at the end of your last billing date.
