DirecTV...Do They Blacklist?

Had a DirecTV account go to collections in 2001/2002. Settled with CA for half the amount, around $120.

Am considering getting DirecTV service again. Do they maintain old account info for 6+ yrs? Will they blacklist or require a deposit? FICOs are 700's.

I don't know if they blacklist but I do remember they hard pulled my CR and they didn't require a deposit from me and my scores were lower than yours.  If you have bad history with them they might want one just to be secured.
