 I applied for the regular discovered was DC but, I received the HSBC discover for 4000k with 13.99% as the APR.

I got the card around a year ago with a CL of $1500. This was 4 years after BK.

My brother applied for a Discover card and he was denied and got the HSBC card with a 1K limit. I was going to teach him what a balance transfer was by transferring one of his other balances onto his 0% BT Direct Rewards Platinum card but they would not allow it! Apparently you only have 30 days within receiving the card to actually make the BT, otherwise your "promotional deal" is nullified. So if you want to take advantage of the 0% APR for 10 months on Balance Transfers, then better act fast!

i tried to apply for this card it wont let me it autmaticly goes to custome fit mastercard screen for preapproved offers how do u appply????

Somewhat, but unlike those two, no annual fee.  At least mine does not have one.
