Dispute Accounts or continue to pursue a PFD

Good morning, I am desperately trying to improve my credit score. I've been working diligently toward improving them with little result (Nordy's deleted after PFD). My question is, should I dispute the accounts and risk losing points if they are verified, or should I email big wigs for these companies (namely Afni and Midland to name a few) and hope they will delete. Please advise. I have the money to pay. I've disputed before and had accounts removed and some updated. Thanks

Are they yours?

Midland is not easy to work with, I'm finding AFNI is not very easy either.

You don't lose points just by having an account "verified".

But definitely try other avenues (which the experts here can help with) before disputing.

However, you could lose points because of the updating of derogs on the accounts.  DV the CAs.
