Disputes

I have a baddie on my credit report from Cingular and I had it disputed with Equifax and they deleted it all three of my reports. well I put my report again then I see it's on my transunion report so I deputed it with them, they deleted it again off that report. I check my credit report again now its on my Experian credit report! Can they do this? and if I depute it on my Experian will they just go to another company?

Re: Disputes

Disputing with one CRA has nothing to do with another CRA. They don't share information between them. However, the creditor can report to any or all of the CRAs.

Re: Disputes

Can they put the collection back onto my report even though it was desputed and taken off?

Re: Disputes

The report that it's currently reporting on is a "new" report. Not illegal.
