No doubt it was a computer, but the program on the computer was created by a human and likely is designed to simulate what a human would do upon a MR. The computer process is just there to streamline and speed things up. One of the biggest factors out there for approvals with lower than desired or expected starting limits is utilization that's too high when applying. Just something to keep in mind.
