Do DV letters work on just notices from CAs?

Just curious. I haven't recieved a notice. I just want to DV some CAs on my credit report that I have no idea who and why they are reporting me.

You can DV anytime. Now the FDCPA says you have to do it within 30 days of the first notice. But what if you never got the notice? Well, then you can DV once you notice it on your CR.

Legally, I have yet to see a court case that addresses this. If you don't like legal stuff, then tune me out for a the next sentence. The Boatley case came very close to addressing this but the CA never bothered to bring the dunning letter they said they sent to court as evidence. The judge would have ruled then whether or not you can DV anytime.

You DV a CA  at anytime.  Just be sure of your SOL before doing it.
