Do TU phone disputs show as pending online or only by mail?

TU disputes

TRUE or FALSE?
I placed a dispute over the phone with TU. They told me I would not be able to see pending or results online since I made the dispute via phone.

When I call to check on status they say "we don't see any open disputes". Disputed twice!

Do I have open invisible disputes or do I need wait and do it online next month.

I've noticed disputing by phone with TU, I got letters with the results in about a week. I never tried to check the site to see if they were actually working on them.
