Does a LOC like Citibank's Check Plus or NFCU's NavChek count towards credit util.?

Right now I have 3 credit cards with CLs totaling 10k. Does my LOC tied to my checking account count towards my total CL making it 14k?

If it is reporting- YES

Yes.  It should show as a revolving account.
