Does anyone know what SOL Verizon DSL/Phone service comes under?

Actually, I meant for tot to email the state AG where he had phone service and ask whether this would be an open account or a written contract (Verizon usually requires a time committment to receive a certain price) so tot would know which SOL it fell under.  Could do that for the current state also.

DV them since they are a CA.

Usually only an auto loan  mortgage falls under promisorry note. But not always

Thanks for clarifying that Lady_Scarlet... HappyDays.. I've already lost my mind! And I havent begun the process yet save for disputing this via the CRA.

So here are what steps Im going to take:

* Dispute with CRA -- Done

* Send DV to CA -- In process. I gotta take a ride up to NH to send it as per Scarlet's suggestion. I've used Breeze's sample letter. Should I include SSN in this letter?

* Send email to FTC

* Send email to AG's in both states, NH and NY

* Keep my fingers crossed -- In progress
