It sure can. When you obsess over every detail of your financial life (like getting up in the middle of the night to see if a check cleared), it can keep you up at night, but it does not mean you are not where you want to be financially or that you have a ton of debt.

I am sleeping really well these days. No dreams, but when I wake up, I can't wait to check my email for SW alerts, read the FICO forums, check CC balances, contemplate ordering new CRs and wait anxiously to check the mail.
