Duplicate-consolidated student loans

I've consolidated my student loans twice, so my credit reports reflect the original creditor, 1st compnay I consolidated with and the current company I deal with.  The amount I owe appers 3 different times causing my debt ratio to be way out of porportion.

Q:  Can I ask the older creditors to remove their info of does it have to stay on my report?
A: ???

Re: Duplicate-consolidated student loans

Mine looked similar.

Round 1 - USA Group then transferred to Sallie Mae
Round 2 - Sallie Mae/pre-consolidation
Round 3 - Post-consolidation

Round 1 - eventually fell off, but showed as transferred to another lender.
Round 2 - show as closed/transferred
Round 3 - only group showing a balance

Do you have balances on all of them or do some show as paid/closed/transferred?
