Re: E-Loan question

I applied May 2007 to E-loans for a car loan.  They pulled my Experian report only.  However, I later discovered that RoadLoans.com pulled my Experian report the same day.  I did not apply with them.  They were one of the companies that Eloans gave my info to.  I am mailing a dispute letter to Experian today to remove Road Loans's hard inquiry as I did not allow them to pull my credit.  I will try to give a response , but be careful about who you give any info to is the lesson i have learned.

Re: E-Loan question

thx for the info, but since it was within the two week period, should'nt that only count as one inquiry?

Re: E-Loan question

Eloans has been BK friendly but not sure how long you need to be discharged from BK...Cap1 BK friendly as long as new credit is OK post BK....

If you apply via e-loan don't you give them permission to pass on your info to a range of possible lenders?  Hence a range of credit pulls?

And E loans seems to be affiliated with Road Loans  Smiley Very Happy

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid
