EQ dispute says reinvestigation - what does that mean?

I disputed with EQ on 08/11/07. I just checked the status online b/c I haven't heard anything and it says "reinvestigation in process". what does that mean? I never received a first response for them to reinvestigate. anyone know?

Just means they are investigating.

Did you ever contact them to get the status? If you did they get 15 extra days.
