EQ not updating

I just pull my CR for the month, and CCs have  two TLs   one shows EX and TU with the current balances and the showing EQ with the previous balances.

I have trouble with EQ updating also. Evey month I dispute & tell them to update!

ok now I'm pissed I can't deal with EQ I have deal with CSC
 
So I register for an account, the thing doesn't work, all login retrival just go to the login page
