So, I recently posted a question regarding how to get a judgement regarding a case that was DISMISSED removed from my credit report. The public record had been reported by all three CRAs. So, I decided to go to the courthouse myself to get a copy of the public records. Know what...it says on the very top (Case Stipulated as DISMISSED). So, I photocopied official records and got them certified by the records office and mailed request to all CRAs. TU and EX deleted IMMEDIATELY, but I then got a letter from EQ saying that it verified records. WHAT???? I used to think EQ was the only CRA that cared a darn but clearly that's not the case if the other CRAs had enough sense to actually look at the records. What do I do?
