I disputed a late payment online with EX and they confirmed that they deleted it. I checked my EX CR and they in fact added another item on my CR for the same account and kept the disputed one on my CR.
Needless to say I was livid. I called them to correct this morning and they confirmed that they made the change.
I checked my EX online this evening and the change was indeed made. Unbelievable !!
