I Filed my first dispute online with all 3 CRAs 6/24/2007....When reading this forum I did not wait for completed CRA report. I mailed DV to Palisades collections ..they signed 7/18
On 8/3 I faxed a complaint to EQ and EX stating that Palisades could not verify because debt wasn't mine. I also stated that I had DVd them and that they had not validated. (I didn't mention that 30 days were not up) I did state that until validation, BY LAW Palisades could not report. And that in doing so was in violation of Federal law. Because the CRA was updating and allowing them to report might be placing CRA in violation also. This is noy my debt and can not be verified...Please delete.
IT's GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from EX as of today.
Of course it could come back but I still have an attorney working toward filing a lawsuit.
