Easiest way to know when a new balance is reported to CBs?

I'm planning to seek new credit this month. I have paid off balance on my Barclay's card and the statement cut as $0. I signed up at Identity Guard to get my credit report and it has EX reporting as 0, but EQ and TU still reporting 4k. It doesn't seem that IG will update it for me when it becomes 0. Do I just haev to get my CR from another site and keep trying until it shows as 0? I'm thinking there must be an easier way I'm not aware of.

Try Credit Karma for TU. It usually takes 3-5 days after EX for EQ to update and TU a few days after EQ.

They seem to update utilization when they update (scoring is based in part on utilization) for me.
