Officer at my bank called me for a financial product app I made. UW called her saying I had a freeze, fraud, ect. Huh? They couldn't get through. She gave me a number to call. Got a guy that spoke really great english. He saw nothing on my report that would stop an inqury from being made. Called her back that there shouldn't be any problems. Nothing was on my report to stop them. So I went online to check Equifax as if I was filing a dispute to see if there really was anything showing fraud, freeze, or anything out of the ordinary at work and home. For more than 12 hrs now on 3 different browsers/cookies cleared. System unavailable. Another link on the same page to dispute shows the typical server error page. Wonder what else is out of whack?

I have been having issues doing a dispute with equifax. Everytime I get into my account and start a dispute everything is going well and when I hit submit dispute it says an error has occured.
And here we are a week later and their online dispute site is *still* down. Can't even get a live human on the phone during this outage either. Worst CRA agency out there IMO.
I filed a dispute in May and called back a couple weeks ago to inquire as to why it was still pending. I ended up having to open another dispute, to which I received a "resolved" email over a week ago, system was down then. I wasn't able to call until today, but was able to get an agent on the line after a long wait. She was able to validate my dispute was actually resolved and submitted a request for a mailed copy of my CR.
I have a dispute out with them also and today is day 30. Nothing. I have a feeling it's just going to sit there.
