FYI, if you ever need to dispute something that is inaccurate with TrueCredit, but is accurate on your CRA reports, here's the TC FAX:

TrueCredit Management Dept. FAX 805-596-3373

This is how I am supposed to resolve this issue. Oy.

I will definitely let you know what happens.

And I do sincerely thank all of you, especially Tuscani and Noah, for your help.

It's just frustrating gaining some forward momentum, and then seeing things move backwards when they should be continuing in a positive trajectory.

I am just glad EQ worked with you. They are usually quick to pawn us off on CSC for ANYTHING.

I've spoken to a rep from FICO, and even though I have sent them copies of my CSC and EQ reports confirming my position, their solution to me is: 
 
"Thank you for writing myFICO. As mentioned in the previous email, the report
that you faxed from CSC Credit Services is not showing any  payment history for
the three IDAPP accounts when there has been payment history made on these
accounts as it appears they were at one time out of deferrment. To better
research this issue, we need a credit report to compare that was pulled from
Equifax at www.annualcreditreport.com (where you are entitled to a free report
from each bureau once per year). This will be what Equifax is reporting
directly. Once that credit report has been pulled, please review the IDAPP
accounts. If they do not show that they were ever 60 days late, please fax the
report into myFICO Customer Care at (515)265-2415. We will then be able to
comapare the two reports better and more accurately and respond to you with the results.

The problem is, because I am in a CSC state, I can't pull my report directly from annualcreditreport.com, they send my info into CSC, then CSC sends me a hard copy.  What I FAXed to FICO previously is the CSC report that I got directly from CSC!!!  Arggh!

Is fair Isacc apart of Equifax? or is it Equifax?
 
I just found out that my Fair Isaac score is 631, yay...............
