Equifax and First Premier

Here is a kicker for ya...

I just received my equifax disputes results and for the most part everything was fixed and reflected in my credit report.  However...I had two First Premiers that were included with my Ch. 7 BK in 2005.  Neither was reporting as included so I disputed them.  One was corrected, but First Premier claims the other is reporting correctly!!!

Both are scheduled to drop off next month due to SOL, so I don't think it is even worth trying to get it corrected because it and the corrected one will disappear completely in August.

Crazy stuff...

How long before my score should reflect a change with new deletions?

If you disputed directly with the CRA and received a positive outcome...the score change should be immediate.

I haven't received a Scorewatch notice or anything.  Should I order ANOTHER Scorepower?

One of the disputes that I got removed successfully said I was an authorized user on a recent charge-off which I had no idea what they were talking about.  It was deleted, but I haven't received any score update from here.

I also had three other old things deleted.  Surely they counted for something.

Hey Coachhenson, Will it really fall off after SOL or did you mean DOLA? I have some baddies past SOL too, it would be great to dispute them off!

Sorry about that...DOLA is correct.  Next month they are DONE.
