Experian changed my mortgage from a convention Real Estate mortgage to secured loan

My experian score dropped by close to 30 points. Any ideas

That is weird-
the 30 points would be appropriate for losing mix and and an active mortgage account.

EXP generally does not make random changes like this - call the mortgage servicer first.
