My girlfriend just tried to apply for a 360 Checking account. She was turned down because they "do not have enough information on their database" about her. I know they only do a soft pull if you opt out of overdraft protection, and she does have a credit card though with less than 6 months' history. I'm guessing that it was this lack of credit history that caused the rejection. This is just strange to me; it's just a checking account! Why would they do that?
