I want to monitor my scores which one does everyone use.

Scores? - Scorewatch and an occational pull of TU and EX when ramping up to make a purchase or apply for credit.

For Reports- there are several that allow for daily pulls- but the scores are worthless(FAKOS)

I see people saying my EQ FICO score went up again.  I was just wondering what they used and what other people use.

Scorewatch will get you your EQ FICO.  You can buy it here at MyFico or directly from Equifaxes website (perhaps other places as well).
