Hi, sorry... I got super busy at work the last couple of days.

The collection agency is MAF Collection Services.

I've had them for a $25 charge from an old power bill when I left an apartment complex a few years ago and they refused to remove it from my credit at all. At first, they said if I paid it they would remove it... then they never removed it and when I called back some months later, they said "We never said that. We would never say that to anyone. It's illegal to remove items from a credit report." This was before I thought about getting them to give it to me in writing.
