Is there any possible way they split your file 3 months ago - or is this delay common for you?

I'm not even sure anymore... I hate talking to them, they never seem to know... im sure they would just tell me I need to contact my creditors!

Re: Finally Accessed Equifax and go figure

It's happened to me twice, if you and creditors pull your EQ too many times then your report gets split and locked so nothing new gets reported.  You have to call EQ and explain your situation. Very annoying and takes over a week to get it done. I use daily pull services and apparently if you pull your EQ too many times it happens. Good luck

I pray this is not the case I am having.  I pull it maybe twice a month from myfico, surely it wouldn't have split from inquires.  Taking to people over there is like trying to speak another language unless you contact someone in the EO.  Just seems like it is always 60-90 lag vs. other credit reports, it eventually gets there, just the slow person in the group by a margin.

Re: Finally Accessed Equifax and go figure

Okay I calmed down a bit and started to think about my denials from Comenity and after talking to them and they telling me to just reapply in 30 days and after my EQ has updated all the accounts and everything I called back to EQ to chat with the consumer affairs about all these denials and resulting HP's and it being their fault!

He told me I would have to wait the 72 hours and then they "may" have options to work with me regarding the costs I've incurred to pull reports, freeze report, and the INQ's that will have to be duplicated when I apply with corrected reports.

So I've decided to try to get the discounted price on the monitoring service they offered me earlier for now and keep pulling the report each day until I at least have 1 full report and then chat with them again before I BLACKLIST THEM IN MY BOOK! Smiley Happy

I have the same EQ issue going on.  Most of my accounts have no EQ updates since May.  But a couple are updated.  My USAA monitoring service can't pull reports anymore due to an EQ error.  I called EQ and the first said my address had been changed to an address from 7 years ago.... what?!?!?!!!  They corrected it, but that has not fixed the fact I can't get my EQ report at this time.  I can't even buy the EQ monitoring service.  I was told to call back in about  a week for them to look into it further.

Re: Finally Accessed Equifax and go figure

I also had a recent reporting delay with Equifax.  My AMEX reported fine to the other two bureaus, but Equifax was still showing the old balance and credit limit as previous month.  It took them about two weeks to have it updated.
