Here is a number that I got today, and used to contact Equifax and actually got a human being!
it is:
Personal Solutions
1-866-640-CARE (1-866-640-2273)
Monday through Friday 8am - 3am (EST)

After my terrible results of getting assistance through alltel...I think I'm done talking to people over the phone. Thanks for the # for future reference, though.

thank you for the number. I am doing someones CR and EQ turned a simple dispute into a fraud alert.
 
Then they have the nerve to email and say to d/l or view updated CR, which can not be done because of the alert. total jerks!

Yes it works, you just have to keep pressing zero when menus come up though.

Starting Scores(Jan/2011): EQ 564 TU 538 EXP 576
Current Score: EQ 692 TU 728 EXP 710 (Quizzle FAKO)Goal Score: 720
