I sent a letter to the CEO of ICsystems asking him to delete an old paid account off my credit report, and he forward it to a lady by the name of Carol Labs asking her to look into it. She just emailed me and told me they will request for the electronic delete........................I feel good...............

well.........since no one wil congradulate you knowing how hard it is to get a account deleted i guess i will just cheer for myself...

congrats..IC systems are not real easy to work with!
I tried writing the company but i did not get a response, so i emailed the CEO, Ken Rapp and he forwarded it to the legal affairs supervisor Carol Labbs and she emailed me this:
RE: Account Number XXXXX
Dear Ms. Hughes,
I.C. System is making a business decision to request the national credit reporting agencies to delete any reference to this account from your credit files.
The deletion request will be sent electronically. A letter confirming the deletion is being mailed to you. Credit bureaus and lenders may contact I.C. System at (651) 481-6333 if they have any questions.
I hope this resolves this matter for you.
